Responsibilities :
Managing and working with cross-functional teams while supporting business needs for global Sales & Service vertical.
Participating in end-to-end SAP project implementation, project management and gathering requirements to improve business processes.
Carrying out System design & application development, revamping company's existing system
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders for project implementation and problem resolution.
Profile :
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in IT / Computer Engineering or another specialisation.
Minimum 8 years of IT experience in the relevant industry
Minimum 6-7 years of SAP implementation / roll-out / AMS experience with at least Design to Go Live).
Hands-on when it comes to configuring and implementing solutions on SAP.
Able to lead requirement gathering workshops.
Able to design solutions, configure and demo field service scenarios. This should include both standard capabilities as well as bespoke extensions.
Good understanding of S4 HANA
Good understanding of SAP Customer Service module (or Plant Maintenance module)
Open to learn SAP FSM and the key FSM capabilities such as resource scheduling, service calls, activities, approvals, service execution and mobile, checklists, Smartforms, reporting etc.
Able to work with distributed team
