Senior Business Manager

We are seeking an experienced and organised Business Manager (Interior Design) to lead and oversee interior design and fit-out projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will manage planning, coordination, and execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest design and quality standards.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Business Manager (Interior Design) located in Chennai. The Senior Business Manager will be responsible for sales, conversion, client relations, budget management, and team coordination. They will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. The role also involves developing business strategies to drive growth and improve sales efficiency.

Experience in interior design or related field

Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Interior Design, or related field

Design background must

Graduate in Interior Design / Architecture.

4+ years’ experience in sales (interior design / modular furniture preferred).

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

4-8 years of experience in sales.

Must be located in commutable distance to Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

Must have worked in interior design firm like D'life, Interrazo, Aertsen, Design Cafe, Homelane
