Core Skills :

  • Kronos Workforce Central & Dimensions (Timekeeping, Accruals, Scheduling, etc.)
  • InTouch Clock Configuration & Issue Resolution
  • Functional Documentation (FDDs, TDDs, PDDs, AIDs)
  • HR Process Understanding (Hiring to Payroll)
  • Interface Development (Good to have : SQL / PLSQL, WIM)
  • Communication & Onsite-Offshore Collaboration

Good to Have :

  • Experience with Kronos WIM
  • Knowledge of HR Systems : Workday, PeopleSoft, ADP
  • Workforce Dimensions Certification

    • Skills Required

    Timekeeping & Scheduling, SQL & PL / SQL, Kronos Workforce Central, Workforce Dimensions, Kronos WIM
