Head of Engineering (Founding Team)-Arkahub

The Role :

We are looking for a hands-on, visionary Head of Engineering to join our founding team in India. You will be the chief architect of our entire technology platform—from our consumer App / Platform and Home Energy OS to our internal tools—and will build our world-class engineering team from the ground up.

Ideal Profile :

• 8-12 years of experience in building and scaling technology products.
• A proven 'V1 Builder' who has architected scalable systems from scratch.
• Strong Product & Business Acumen : Acts as a strategic partner to the founders, translating business goals into a technical roadmap.
• Deeply customer-obsessed with a strong B2C product sense.
• A hands-on 'player-coach' who can build a team while building the product.

The compensation for this role is in the range of ₹60–70 LPA, in addition to ESOPs.
