Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Steward located in Noida. The Steward will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling food and beverages, ensuring cleanliness and organization in the service areas, assisting with food preparation, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for guests. The role also involves training new staff, communicating effectively with team members and guests, and adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.

Qualifications

• Customer Service and Communication skills
• Food & Beverage and Food Service experience
• Experience in training new staff
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality standards
• Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
