Cloud Contact Center Transformation Expert
We are seeking a seasoned expert to spearhead cloud contact center transformation using Amazon Connect. To succeed in this role, you will need strong experience in setting up and configuring Amazon Connect environments, integrating with CRM systems, building backend integrations using AWS Lambda, supporting user testing and deployment, and troubleshooting issues.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and implement robust Amazon Connect environments for maximum efficiency.
- Develop seamless integrations with CRM systems to enhance customer experiences.
- Create scalable backend integrations using AWS Lambda to streamline business processes.
- Provide top-notch support during user testing and deployment phases.
- Troubleshoot complex issues to ensure minimal downtime.
Requirements :
No less than 7 years of hands-on experience in the contact center / CTI space.A minimum of 3 years of direct experience with Amazon Connect.Proven track record of success in consulting roles for CTI transformation projects.Nice to Have :
AWS certification to demonstrate expertise.Knowledge of SIP, VoIP, or WebRTC to expand your skill set.
