We're now hiring a Head of Growth Marketing to scale Bullet to millions of users, build growth loops, own performance + retention metrics end-to-end, and lead a high-velocity team across acquisition, CRM, analytics, and creative optimization.
Role Overview
As the Head of Growth Marketing , you will own Bullet's user growth, retention, and revenue pipelines . This is a leadership role with full-stack responsibility across performance marketing, growth analytics, content-led growth, CRM, and product-led growth .
You'll lead a team, build systems from scratch, align with founders closely, and play a pivotal role in taking Bullet from early traction to mass scale.
Key Responsibilities 1. Growth Strategy & Leadership
- Build and lead Bullet's growth function across Paid, CRM, Analytics, and Creative Ops.
- Develop and execute Bullet's 0→1→10 growth roadmap with clear north star metrics.
- Translate Bullet's microdrama vision into sharp growth loops and habit-forming journeys.
- Own weekly and monthly growth KPIs : installs, retention, sessions, LTV, revenue.
2. Performance Marketing (Meta, Google, UAC)
Scale Meta, Google UAC, YouTube, and TikTok-like channels with efficiency.Build campaign structures, creative testing systems, and ROAS + LTV-linked optimization.Manage large monthly budgets with a performance-first mindset.Use AppsFlyer / Firebase as the single source of truth and reconcile attribution deltas.3. Retention, Lifecycle & CRM
Build retention funnels for D1 / D7 / D30 using CleverTap or equivalent.Design personalized push, in-app, and email journeys based on user taste and cliffhanger patterns.Execute reactivation and win-back strategies to improve lifetime usage and monetization.4. Data, Analytics & Experimentation
Create a strong experimentation culture — rapid A / B testing with measurable iteration.Partner with Product to optimize onboarding, watch funnels, and monetization paths.Drive insights on user behavior, consumption cycles, content performance, and cliffhanger efficacy.Build dashboards with Analytics teams (Looker, BigQuery, Mixpanel / Firebase).5. Cross-functional Ownership
Work closely with Founders, Product, Content, Revenue, and Engineering teams.Support content launches through integrated growth + distribution campaigns.Push the organization toward data-driven and user-focused decision-making.Represent Growth in leadership discussions, board updates, and strategic planning.What Success Looks Like
Bullet scales to 5M MAU+ with a strong retention curve.Cost-efficient acquisition with LTV / CAC-positive performance marketing.Retention improves through personalized content journeys and habit loops.Growth systems and playbooks become predictable, reliable, and scalable.Growth team maturely handles analytics, creative ops, retention, and PLG.What We're Looking For 1. Experience & Skills
7–12 years of experience in growth / performance marketing for consumer apps.At least 2–3 years leading teams or managing multi-function pods.Deep expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads (UAC), attribution tools (AppsFlyer), CRM (CleverTap), Firebase .Strong understanding of cohorts, retention, LTV modeling, funnel optimization .Hands-on experience scaling from early-stage growth to multiple million MAUs .2. Leadership & Startup Fit
Has built or scaled growth teams in fast-paced environments.Founder-style ownership — comfortable with ambiguity, resource constraints, and speed.Strategic thinker with the ability to move from vision → execution → measurement.Comfortable operating in a content-tech environment with rapid content cycles.3.
