Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager -

Construction , located in Bengaluru. The Construction Project Manager will oversee all aspects of construction projects, including labour sourcing, labour management, planning, coordinating, budgeting, vendor sourcing & management and managing construction activities. The individual will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Day-to-day tasks involve monitoring project progress, resolving issues, managing project documentation, and communicating with stakeholders.

Qualifications

BE / ME Civil from an Indian University

Minimum 5-7 years of work experience in managing construction projects in an engineering company

Skills in Construction Project Management, Construction Management, and Project Management

Experience in Project Coordination and Budgeting

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Excellent communication and team management skills

Proficiency in project management software and tools

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field

Experience in residential villa construction projects is a plus
