Head of Design

Hiring for a Global Investment Firm which is also a Canadian MNC .

We are seeking a highly experienced Architect with a minimum of 15+ years in the industry, specializing in large-scale Commercial Office Campuses, Mixed-Use Developments (including Hotels, Serviced Apartments, Social Clubs), and Premium Urban Infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have a passion for design excellence and deep expertise in Design Management, with strong cross-disciplinary coordination skills and a focus on innovation, sustainability, and tenant experience.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead design coordination and management across all disciplines including :
• Architecture
• Interiors (common areas, amenities, restaurants, cafés, banquet halls, gym, crèche, suites / rooms, etc.)
• Landscape Design
• Lighting Design
• Signage Systems
• Art Integration
• Sustainability Initiatives
• Regulatory & Statutory Compliance (including DCR applications, MoEF, HRC, local bodies)
• Manage multi-disciplinary design teams, consultants, and stakeholders to deliver best-in-class spaces aligned with project vision and user expectations.
• Oversee BIM processes to ensure accuracy in documentation, coordination, and clash resolution.
• Provide design direction and ensure seamless coordination across Architecture, Interiors, MEP, Landscape, Lighting, QS / Costing, and Scheduling.
• Review, track and manage project documentation, design development, and execution support across assigned projects.
• Regularly report, update, and present design progress and strategic inputs to internal stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Keep abreast of emerging trends in design, art, and sustainability to enhance tenant / user experience and incorporate innovation into every project.
