Pickup and drop service available along with food facility.

Working hours- EMEA hours (2pm-11pm)

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Workplace Specialist to provide comprehensive operational support for our Chennai office. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, tech-savvy, and capable of managing multiple administrative, facility, and vendor-related tasks while ensuring a smooth and engaging workplace experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure seamless functioning of all workplace activities.
• Act as the first point of contact for employees, vendors, and guests, maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.
• Manage vendor coordination for facilities, housekeeping, transportation, and cafeteria / snack services .
• Handle travel management , courier logistics, supply ordering, and overall office upkeep.
• Coordinate with IT and HR for workstation setup, onboarding, and administrative support.
• Plan and execute internal events , employee engagement activities, and SWAG distribution.
• Ensure adherence to facility safety , maintenance, and compliance standards.
• Support global workplace projects and drive process improvements for operational efficiency.
