Key Responsibilities :

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, , and other relevant platforms.
• Manage lead-generation campaigns for residential and commercial real estate projects.
• Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and CRM dashboards.
• Optimize campaigns to reduce cost per lead (CPL) and improve lead quality and conversion rates.
• Coordinate with creative, content, and sales teams to ensure alignment between campaigns and project messaging.
• Conduct market and audience research to identify trends and target segments.
• Implement A / B tests to improve ad performance, landing page conversions, and audience targeting.
• Monitor daily budgets, bids, and pacing to ensure campaign efficiency.
• Stay updated with digital marketing trends, tools, and new advertising formats.
