Position Responsibilities :
We’re looking for a Salesforce System Engineer I–II who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and can work independently with minimal supervision. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving technical challenges, optimizing systems, and communicating clearly across global teams.
What You’ll Do
- Analyze and remediate Salesforce data storage issues (e.g., large task / email records, audit log cleanup) to control data footprint and performance.
- Design, implement, and maintain integrations with internal and third-party systems (e.g., Pramata, DocuSign, Saviynt).
- Develop and deploy Apex (classes / triggers), Lightning Web Components, and Flows—with unit tests—for features such as lead routing and entitlement provisioning.
- Configure Salesforce (objects, fields, validation rules, page layouts, permission sets) aligned to data & security models.
- Manage UAT environments, coordinate cutovers, and troubleshoot deployment issues; participate in code reviews and release management / CI.
- Administer permission sets and ensure secure access across Salesforce modules; follow least-privilege practices.
- Collaborate with admins, BAs, QA, and product partners to gather requirements, document solutions, and run knowledge-transfer sessions.
- Monitor system performance (errors, limits, automation health) and proactively identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications :
Minimum Qualifications
3-5+ years of hands-on Salesforce system engineering or development.Strong proficiency in Apex, Flow Builder, Asynchronous Processing and Salesforce integration tools (REST / SOAP); experience with unit testing and CI / CD.Experience with data analysis using EDW or similar platforms.Solid understanding of Salesforce security, permission sets, and user provisioning.Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.Preferred Qualifications (nice-to-have)
Salesforce Platform Developer I (PDI); Admin or Platform App Builder a plus.Practical experience with CI / CD and DevOps (e.g., GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Copado).Familiarity with event-driven patterns, platform limits / performance tuning, and declarative-vs-code tradeoffs.Experience supporting global user bases and participating in on-call or release windows as needed.Soft Skills & Communication
Excellent written and verbal communication in English; able to translate technical concepts for non-technical partners.Strong organization and attention to detail.Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working across time zones.Collaborative mindset with a willingness to support team goals.
