About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Manager – Gen AI & Computer Vision with hands-on expertise in Deep Learning, Computer Vision, and Generative AI (LLMs, GPT, Diffusion Models) .

The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end AI solution development — from research to deployment — using cutting-edge frameworks and tools for real-world applications.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a small AI engineering team focused on Computer Vision and Gen AI projects.

Design, develop, and optimize AI models for object detection, image segmentation, OCR, and video analytics .

Work on LLM-based solutions (prompt engineering, API integration, multimodal AI).

Drive innovation using synthetic data generation, GANs, diffusion models, and transformers .

Deploy AI models on edge devices (Jetson, Raspberry Pi) and in cloud environments .

Collaborate with product, research, and customer teams to convert POCs into deployable solutions.

Maintain high performance, scalability, and accuracy standards across all models.

Required Skills

Strong programming in Python

Expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow, OpenCV, Keras

Experience with YOLOv5 / v8, UNet, ResNet, 3D CNNs, OCR frameworks (CRAFT, PaddleOCR, EasyOCR)

Hands-on with LLMs (GPT, Claude, Gemini, or custom LLMs)

Knowledge of Docker, FastAPI, Streamlit , and edge optimization (TensorRT, OpenVINO)

Good understanding of MLOps and AI deployment pipelines

Excellent problem-solving, research, and innovation mindset
