Electrical Design

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Electrical Design Engineer to join our team, focusing on electrical design within the automation field, specifically utilizing EPLAN. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in developing precise electrical control designs and contributing to various aspects of project execution from concept to commissioning and support. This role requires strong technical expertise in electrical systems, a solid understanding of automation components, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform electrical design using EPLAN for various automation projects.
• Collaborate effectively with the Controls Programming & Electrical Assembly Team to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
• Work in conjunction with the Mechanical Designs & Mechanical Assembly Team to align electrical designs with mechanical requirements.
• Interface with the Internal Programming / SCADA / ROBOT & VISION Team to ensure electrical designs support programming and control system needs.
• Coordinate with the Purchase and Logistics Team regarding electrical components and materials.
• Provide essential support to the Regional Service & Controls Team as needed.
• Possess strong knowledge of Machine Testing and Commissioning procedures in the automation field.
• Conduct troubleshooting for Special Purpose Machines (SPM) efficiently.
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Pneumatic, Hydraulic, PLC, Servo, Vision, Robot, SCADA , and other control systems.
• Interpret and understand electrical diagrams, product manuals, and machine manuals .
• Provide on-time support to customers during MQ1 / MQ2 processes.
• Contribute to team competency mapping and provide guidance to the team .
• Willingness to travel as required for project needs, testing, and commissioning.
