Job descriptionProven hands-on HANA view development & performance tuning. Experience with cloud or Databricks migration projects. Exposure to HANA DBA activities (monitoring, troubleshooting). Knowledge of BW on HANA / BW / 4HANA (advantageous). Strong communication and ability to work independently with clients. Understanding of S / 4 HANA / ABAP. Familiarity with Azure Synapse / cloud data platforms.
We are seeking an experienced SAP HANA Developer with strong expertise in Calculation Views, SQL Script, and performance optimization. The role is development-focused, involving design, enhancement, and optimization of HANA Views, along with supporting their migration to Databricks.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and optimize SAP HANA Calculation Views / SQL Script-based models.
- Interpret execution plans and improve performance (DBA-level tuning).
- Recreate & validate HANA logic in Databricks during migration.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams in a retail environment.
- Provide ongoing development & enhancement support.
