Job Title : AI Solutions Architect – Technical Interview Panel ExpertExperience Level : 20+ years (with 8+ years in AI / ML system architecture)Location : RemoteEmployment Type : Full-TimeJob Summary : We are looking for a highly experienced AI Solutions Architect to serve as a Technical Interview Panel Expert for evaluating candidates in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Enterprise Solution Architecture.The expert will assess candidate proficiency in AI system design, MLOps, data pipeline strategy, and cloud integration, while also providing guidance in designing robust, scalable AI-driven solutions.Key Responsibilities : Conduct and evaluate technical interviews for AI architects, ML engineers, and data professionals.Review system design and AI / ML architecture capabilities of candidates.Assess proficiency in AI frameworks, model deployment strategies, and real-world use cases.Provide technical feedback and recommendations to the recruitment and hiring teams.Define assessment standards and evaluation rubrics for AI / ML architecture interviews.Stay updated on the latest advancements in Generative AI, LLMs, and MLOps pipelines.Optionally support architecture validation or proof-of-concept design discussions.Technical Expertise : Hands-on experience with Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and API integration.In-depth knowledge of MLOps (MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes, CI / CD) and Cloud AI Services (AWS, Azure, GCP).Understanding of data architecture, pipelines (Airflow, Kafka), and AI solution deployment.Strong communication and mentorship skills for evaluating senior-level candidates.Preferred Qualifications : Master’s or PhD in Computer Science / AI / Data Science.Prior experience as a technical interviewer, AI architect, or solution lead.Certification in AWS / Azure / Google AI Solutions.
