The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, refining, and maintaining digital communication templates, managing shared inboxes, and executing a digital communications calendar aligned with international programs and council activities.

• Developing plain-language help articles and one-pagers to reduce repetitive queries.
• Running experiments on subject lines, tone, and calls-to-action — and tracking what drives engagement.
• Collaborating with Research, Marketing, and Program teams to align message, audience, and outcomes.
