Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic talent advisor by understanding hiring needs and delivering targeted sourcing and attraction strategies.
• Partner with business leaders to provide guidance throughout the talent acquisition process, including sourcing, attraction, assessment, offers, and market insights.
• Act as a recruitment project manager and subject matter expert , ensuring transparent, evidence‑based processes and recommending improvements to enhance the TA function.
• Maintain data quality and enable on‑demand insights to support informed decision‑making.
