Designation : Ops Manager - Design

About the Role :

The ideal candidate will be responsible for solving operational problems & for driving NPS and CSAT scores across Sales, RM and PM departments to minimise & optimise TAT for customer deliverables cross cross-functional coordination.

Role and Responsibilities : -

To ensure that the TAT around Sales - RM - PM Handover is under control

To reduce Cancellation %

To ensure timely payment in the RM Stage

To work around bottlenecks in the Sales - RM handover & also in the RM-PM handover

To manage NPS & CSAT scores during this stage

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or related field; Master's degree preferred

Proven experience in operations management

Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Solid understanding of business operations and financial principles

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
