PrimeTower Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. is revolutionizing India's residential solar landscape, empowering Indian households to slash energy bills by up to 80% through seamless rooftop installations and zero-upfront financing under PM Surya Ghar.

As a fast-growing startup with 10MW+ Solar Installations in progress in our first nine months, we're scaling aggressively in the North—seizing the 2.8 GW rooftop surge.

Role Overview

We're seeking dynamic Project Managers - Channel Partner Specialists to spearhead our channel ecosystem in Uttar Pradesh, Delhi, Haryana, and Uttarakhand. Drawing from the high-stakes world of DTH sales, you'll leverage proven methods to onboard and nurture local channel partners, installers, electricians, and RWAs as solar ambassadors—fueling our residential targets.

This immediate opportunity (joining November 1st, 2025) offers ground-floor impact in a green tech boom.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard 15+ channel partners per quarter in your region, mirroring DTH dealer networks for rapid solar adoption.
  • Build and maintain high-touch relationships, providing training on 100% finance pitches, and ROI demos (105 units / KW / month generation).
  • Drive partner performance through incentives, co-branded campaigns, and field support—tracking conversions via CRM for 20%+ lead-to-install rates.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to localize strategies, resolve escalations, and expand into untapped housing societies.
  • Monitor regional metrics (e.G., partner revenue share) and report insights to optimize our North India footprint.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 5 years in DTH sales (e.G., Tata Play, Airtel Digital TV), with hands-on expertise in channel partner development and regional network building.
  • Based in or deeply connected to Uttar Pradesh, Delhi, Haryana, or Uttarakhand—familiarity with local ecosystems a must.
  • Bachelor's degree;
  • MBA preferred.

  • Regional Relationship Building : Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills, with a knack for cultural nuances in North Indian business dynamics.
