The Role

Own the strategy and delivery of core platform capabilities that power seamless, secure player experiences across our gaming ecosystem.

What you will be doing

• Product Strategy & Roadmap : Own the product backlog, manage sprint planning, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver on key milestones
• Platform Optimization : Track KPIs, analyze performance data, and identify opportunities to improve speed, stability, and user experience across registration, payments, and account services
• UX Partnership : Collaborate with designers to create intuitive platform experiences and improve usability across web and mobile touchpoints
• Cross-functional Leadership : Lead delivery coordination across engineering, design, and operations teams, ensuring alignment and accountability for platform initiatives
• Business Translation : Convert complex business needs into technical solutions through stakeholder engagement and technical requirements definition
• Rapid Integration : Quickly onboard into existing systems and processes to maintain delivery momentum from day one
