About the SMT Role

The Sales & Marketing Trainee (SMT) Program is designed as a 12-month, fast-track, on-the-job development program that equips fresh MBA graduates with the skills, tools, and experience to become high-performing technology sales professionals.

As an SMT, you will :

The SMT role is for immediate joiners in August 2025. Candidates must be ready to relocate to their assigned base location and start without delay.

Subject to your performance, you will then be absorbed in a field sales role in the regular compensation structure of 50 : 50 fixed : variable from Year 2.
