SAP Ariba Consultant - Implementation & Integration

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Ariba Consultant with strong expertise in implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP Ariba solutions.

The ideal candidate will have comprehensive experience working across upstream and downstream Ariba modules, with proven skills in integrating Ariba with SAP ECC / S / 4HANA using CIG. This role requires deep knowledge of Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes and the ability to translate business needs into effective Ariba solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage SAP Ariba implementation and rollout projects across multiple business units.
• Work extensively on Ariba Upstream and Downstream modules, including Sourcing, Contracts, Supplier Lifecycle & Performance (SLP), Buying, and Invoicing.
• Configure and maintain integration with backend ERP systems (SAP ECC and S / 4HANA) using Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG).
• Design and implement Supplier Lifecycle Management (SLM) solutions, including creation of modular questionnaires, supplier onboarding processes, and certification workflows.
• Develop and manage supplier performance management templates tailored to business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, prepare functional specifications, and ensure smooth delivery of solutions.
• Create user documentation, training materials, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to support business users.
• Ensure seamless integration between Ariba SLP, Sourcing, Buying, Invoicing, and SAP backend systems.
• Configure and support external tax engines within the Ariba environment.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution, addressing technical and business challenges effectively.
