About the Role
Lone Tree is expanding its operations in the B2B and premium travel segment, and we are looking for a highly driven Sales Manager to lead revenue growth, build strong client relationships, and drive business development across corporate and travel verticals.
This role is ideal for someone who understands the hospitality / travel ecosystem, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can independently manage sales pipelines, partnerships, and corporate accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Drive sales for corporate travel, MICE, and premium hospitality services.
- Generate new leads and nurture long-term client relationships.
- Pitch Lone Tree's service offerings to companies, travel partners, and event organisers.
Client Handling & Relationship Management
Manage key accounts, ensuring high client satisfaction and service continuity.Conduct virtual and in-person meetings with clients to understand their requirements.Guide clients through the entire service cycle—from inquiry to execution.Targets & Reporting
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and CRM updates.Collaboration
Work closely with operations, marketing, and leadership teams to optimise revenue strategies.Represent Lone Tree at events, exhibitions, and networking sessions.Salary & Benefits
During Probation (3 months or more, depending on performance) :
₹35,000 per month + IncentivesPost-Probation :

Candidates with :
