Job descriptionDevelop and execute the company's long-term business strategies to drive growth and profitability. Be Responsible for Sales Growth and Profitability Drive revenue through direct-to-consumer (D2C) website hausandkinder.com Lead efforts to identify growth levers and expand into new geographies, channels, product lines, and customer segments. Ensure a seamless and superior customer experience from the brand across all customer touch-points. Build, mentor, and lead high-performing team. Foster a collaborative and innovative company culture. Lead a Team of 2-3 Managers & Performance Marketeers.
Our Business Head - eCommerce - D2C shall cover responsibility across Sales & Profitability on D2C Channel and Performance Marketing for brand Haus & Kinder.
