About the Role :

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Technical Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. You will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and engaging top technical talent across various domains. This role demands a strong understanding of technology roles, sourcing techniques, and a strategic mindset to build high-quality pipelines.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical hiring such as Java, .Net, Cloud, AI etc needs and role requirements
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and other creative channels
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate technical and cultural fit
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to offer negotiation and closure
  • Coordinate and schedule technical interviews with internal teams and candidates
  • Maintain accurate candidate data and recruitment metrics in the ATS
  • Build strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs
  • Stay up to date with market trends and best practices in tech recruiting
  • Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 4-10 years of experience in technical recruitment (in-house or agency)
  • Familiarity with various tech stacks, roles, and engineering functions
  • Hands-on experience with ATS tools and sourcing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, GitHub, etc.)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience hiring for startups or service-based companies
  • Basic understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC)
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
