Location : Hybrid - Andheri, Mumbai

About the Role :

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Technical Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. You will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and engaging top technical talent across various domains. This role demands a strong understanding of technology roles, sourcing techniques, and a strategic mindset to build high-quality pipelines.

Key Responsibilities :

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical hiring such as Java, .Net, Cloud, AI etc needs and role requirements

Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and other creative channels

Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate technical and cultural fit

Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to offer negotiation and closure

Coordinate and schedule technical interviews with internal teams and candidates

Maintain accurate candidate data and recruitment metrics in the ATS

Build strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs

Stay up to date with market trends and best practices in tech recruiting

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

4-10 years of experience in technical recruitment (in-house or agency)

Familiarity with various tech stacks, roles, and engineering functions

Hands-on experience with ATS tools and sourcing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, GitHub, etc.)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience hiring for startups or service-based companies

Basic understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC)

Strong stakeholder management skills
