Join Tech Mahindra BPM and be a part of our successful Verizon Telecom process. We are immediately hiring for our US Voice Process team in Pune. This is a high-growth role where you will support customers in the United States, working a fixed 5-day week with rotational days off.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling inbound calls from customers in the United States regarding their Verizon telecom services (e.g., billing, service activation / deactivation, account inquiries, basic technical troubleshooting).
- Providing exceptional customer service and accurate resolution with an empathetic and professional demeanor.
- Documenting customer interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Adhering to quality standards and maintaining performance metrics (CSAT, FCR).
- Mandatory Candidate Requirements
- Experience : Minimum 6 months of documented experience in any International Voice Process (BPO) is mandatory.
- Communication : Flawless verbal English communication with an excellent command of grammar and a near-neutral accent is crucial.
- Education : Minimum qualification is 12th Pass (HSC) and above. Graduates are highly preferred.
Shift & Schedule :
Willingness to work in a US Shift (complete Night Shift) environment.
Comfortable with a 5-day work week and 2 days rotational off.
Location : Must be willing to travel to and work from the office in Hinjewadi Phase 3, Pune (WFO).
