JD - Deputy Program Manager – Acer (Corporate Role)

Role Overview :
As Deputy Program Manager at Acer you will support end-to-end program operations, ensuring
smooth coordination across field teams and APCs. This role assists the Program Manager while
leading key operational activities including onboarding, asset management, recruitment, and
stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Program Operations Management
- Oversee the overall program delivery from initiation through execution, maintaining
alignment with organizational objectives.
Manage and support the field teams and APCs, ensuring consistent performance anddelivery.
2. Team Coordination & Leadership
Assist in leading and coordinating team activities, delegating tasks, and managing cross-functional collaboration.
Support staff through inductions, guidance, and mentorship.3. Recruitment & Induction
Oversee and support recruitment efforts for field team and APC roles.Plan and conduct inductions for new hires, ensuring proper onboarding.4. Asset Management & Tracking
Issue necessary assets and maintain accurate asset trackers and logs.Ensure efficient asset utilization and timely updates to inventory records.5. Stakeholder Engagement
Build and maintain relationships with internal teams and external partners.Ensure transparent communication and regular updates to stakeholders.6. Program Support & Operations
Assist the Program Manager in daily tasks, reporting, risk identification, and issue resolution.Support program documentation, scheduling, and performance tracking.7. Reporting & Documentation
Prepare and deliver status updates and progress reports.Maintain program documentation, schedules, and meeting records.Required Skills & Qualifications :
Minimum 3 years in program or operations support, preferably in field operations, assetmanagement, or stakeholder-driven environments.
Proficient in asset tracking, documentation, and basic financial oversight.Strong organizational and reporting capabilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder handling.Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and time management.Education :
Bachelor’s degree in business, Management, or a related field preferred.
