Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Clinical / Counseling Psychologist, based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The responsibilities include providing therapy and counseling sessions to clients, conducting psychological assessments, supporting mental health and wellness, and collaborating with other professionals to develop treatment plans. The role also encompasses contributing to a therapeutic environment that fosters trust and personal growth.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Psychology, Counseling, and Mental Health support
• Experience with Psychological Assessments
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Master's degree or higher in Clinical or Counseling Psychology
• Ability to empathize and build a strong therapeutic alliance with clients
• Experience working with diverse demographics and mental health conditions is a plus
