Telesales Executive Job Description

Job Responsibilities :
- Cold Calling : Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our products / services and generate interest.
- Product Demonstrations : Conduct engaging and informative demonstrations of our products / services to potential clients, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Negotiating : Negotiate terms and pricing with clients to secure profitable contracts while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Client Visits : Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings with clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and build rapport.
- Relationship Building : Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and personalized service.
- Sales Pipeline Management : Manage and prioritize leads to ensure timely follow-up and closure of deals.
- Market Research : Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities and strategies.
- Reporting : Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and client interactions using CRM software.
- Collaboration : Work closely with the sales team, marketing department, and other stakeholders to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Continuous Improvement : Actively seek feedback and participate in training programs to enhance sales skills and performance.
Requirements :
Proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on results.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Willingness to travel for client visits as needed.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).Benefits :
