Job Description :
As a Senior Inside Sales Executive at Palni, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth
through effective communication and relationship-building with potential customers in the US
market. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in inside sales,
particularly with a focus on the US market.
Responsibilities :
1. Lead Generation and Prospecting :
Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels, including online
research and cold calling.
Build a robust pipeline of opportunities for the sales team.
2. Customer Engagement :
Conduct outbound calls to engage with prospects and understand their business
needs.
3. Sales Presentations :
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers.
Address customer queries and objections to facilitate the sales process.
4. Sales Cycles :
Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads.
5. Sales Metrics :
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities in the CRM system.
Qualifications :
1. Educational Background :
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Experience :
Minimum 5 years of proven experience in inside sales, mandatory in US-based market.
Strong understanding of the sales process and ability to navigate complex sales cycles.
3. Skills :
