We are seeking a hands-on and service-oriented Corporate System Support Manager to lead the team responsible for providing high-quality technical support and operational excellence across our internal corporate systems. This role plays a critical part in ensuring a secure, efficient, and seamless experience for all employees, especially in a security-conscious, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :
- Lead, mentor, and manage the Corporate System Support team , ensuring effective resolution of service desk requests, incidents, and escalations.
- Own the end-to-end support lifecycle for internal systems , including user endpoints, collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Office 365), and SaaS platforms.
- Ensure high levels of service quality, user satisfaction , and compliance with SLAs.
- Collaborate with InfoSec and IT Infrastructure teams to enforce security best practices , including endpoint protection, access control, patching, and device encryption.
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes , ensuring access is provisioned and revoked according to policy.
- Manage and optimize IT service management (ITSM) tools and workflows (e.g., Jira Service Management, ServiceNow).
- Analyze support trends and metrics to identify root causes, recurring issues, and opportunities for automation or self-service improvements.
- Support compliance and audit readiness (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001) by maintaining accurate system documentation and process adherence.
- Maintain inventory of hardware and software assets across the organization.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to improve the employee technology experience , especially in hybrid and remote work environments.
Requirements :
5+ years of experience in corporate IT support or systems administration, including 2+ years in a team leadership or managerial role .Strong technical background supporting macOS, Windows, and cloud-based SaaS platforms (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Okta, Zoom).Familiarity with security best practices for corporate environments, including encryption, MFA, and access management.Experience managing ITSM systems and building workflows to streamline operations.Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills.Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, security- and compliance-driven organizations .Preferred Qualifications :
Experience in a cybersecurity, SaaS, or regulated industry .Knowledge of compliance frameworks (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR ).Experience with endpoint management tools (e.g., Jamf, Intune, Kandji) and scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Bash, Python).Certifications such as ITIL, CompTIA Security+, or Microsoft Certified : Modern Desktop Administrator Associate .What We Offer :
