Job Description :

As a Software Testing Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive

training sessions, mentoring students, and guiding them through hands-on projects to

prepare them for successful careers in Software Testing and Quality Assurance.

Responsibilities :

  • Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions on Manual Testing, Test Automation, API

Testing.

  • Guide students through real-world scenarios and practical exercises, helping them master

    • various tools and techniques.

  • Evaluate student performance through assessments, quizzes, and projects.
  • Provide mentorship and career guidance to students during and after the training program.
  • Conduct mock interviews and group discussions to help students prepare for industry job roles.
  • Support students with project-based learning and ensure they complete their final projects with

    • industry-relevant standards.

    Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • Expert knowledge in Manual Testing, Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, API Testing (Postman,

    • Rest Assured).

  • 2+ years of experience in Software Testing, Test Automation.
  • Strong familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience in delivering training in Agile environments.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex concepts

    • clearly and effectively.

  • Ability to guide and mentor students in hands-on environments and support their learning

    • through practical projects.

  • Experience with JIRA, Maven, and CI pipelines is highly desirable.
  • Certification in ISTQB or Selenium is preferred.
  • Experience in delivering online and offline training sessions is a plus.

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Having Training Experience in this domain is preferred.
  • Teaching experience in Software Testing or Automation.
  • Knowledge of Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) using Cucumber and Gherkin syntax.
