Position : Performance Marketing Executive – E-commerce

Role Overview
We are seeking a data-driven, performance-oriented digital marketer with hands-on experience in Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, and analytics tools. The candidate will be responsible for managing marketplace advertising campaigns, optimizing sales performance, and leveraging insights from Amazon Brand Analytics (BA) and PI data to drive growth.
This role requires strong analytical ability, campaign management skills, and knowledge of e-commerce operations.
Key Responsibilities
Amazon Ads & Brand Analytics
- Plan, execute, and optimize Amazon Sponsored Ads (SP, SB, SD, Video).
- Analyze Amazon Brand Analytics (Search Query, Market Basket, Demographics) to identify keyword and category opportunities.
- Use Amazon PI reports to track availability, Buy Box %, and operational blockers.
- Manage A+ content, Brand Store updates, and creative testing for performance improvement.
Flipkart Ads & Marketplace Media
Plan and run Flipkart PLA, PDP, and SmartROI campaigns.Optimize campaigns for CTR, CVR, ROAS, and share of shelf.Collaborate with Flipkart account managers to unlock visibility programs.Cross-Platform E-commerce Marketing
Work with agencies / platform teams to optimize spends across Amazon & Flipkart.Track TACOS, NTB vs Repeat, and contribution margin impact.Identify cross-sell and bundling opportunities using analytics reports.Analytics, Reporting & Insights
Create weekly / monthly dashboards tracking Sales, ACOS, TACOS, CPC, CTR, CVR, Buy Box, and category share.Generate insights from NTB %, Repeat %, Search Query Rank & Volume.Monitor competitor activity and price positioning using marketplace reports.Stakeholder Collaboration
Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Creative teams to ensure campaigns align with inventory and brand priorities.Coordinate with external agencies and Amazon / Flipkart teams for campaign delivery and troubleshooting.Key Result Areas (KRAs)
1. Campaign Performance : Achieve defined targets for ACOS, ROAS, CTR, CVR.
2. Sales Growth : Drive incremental ad-attributed sales on Amazon & Flipkart.
3. Efficiency : Optimize TACOS & ensure profitability of campaigns.
4. Customer Acquisition : Increase NTB customers through ads.
5. Market Share : Improve Share of Voice (SoV) on priority keywords.
6. Operational Health : Improve Buy Box %, availability, and listing quality.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.1–3 years’ experience in digital marketing, preferably in e-commerce or marketplaces.Proven expertise in Amazon Ads Console, Brand Analytics, PI reports, and Flipkart Ads Manager.Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets, knowledge of Power BI / Tableau preferred.Strong data & analytical skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
