Job Description
Financial Controlling & Reporting, MIS
- Lead financial operations across Western / Northern Region plants
- Responsible for the Financial Performance / Balance Sheet Reviews of plants in scope
- Strongly drive preparation / adherence of Annual Budgets, Rolling Forecasts, Weekly Assessments, R&O’s
- Exercise effective budgetary control on Op Ex / Cap EX
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Drive cost control initiatives and operational efficiency across locations
- Domain expertise on US GAAP and India GAAP standards
- Oversee MIS reporting and ensure alignment with both US GAAP and India GAAP standards
- Exercise strong control on FCF, Assessment of Cash in-flow / out-flows
Costing / CAPEX
Drive Costing initiatives in the plants.Overview of product profitability calculations and presentation to managementPrepare / Review business cases for Make vs. Buy / New CAPEX evaluationCompliance, Internal Control, Audits
Ensure compliance with SOX requirements and internal control frameworksImplement the Global financial control systems and proceduresDevelop and implement robust internal control systems, ensuring the integrity of financial data and safeguarding company assetsManage internal and external audits, ensuring timely closure and complianceStrategic Finance & Business Partnering

Qualified Chartered Accountant with 15-20 years of experience in Automotive / Manufacturing industry. Must be at Leadership role for min 3-5years
