Job descriptionGraduate or Postgraduate in any field 6months to 1year experience Strong proficiency in MS Office, predominantly in Excel + PowerPoint Working knowledge on Power Bi, Web apps / AI tools such as Canva is an added advantage Good analytical and problem-solving skills Attention to detail and ability to think cross functional Ability to Comprehend, Powerful listener Adaptable, Comfortable with change & is proactive
The role involves to support employee life cycle activities involving data, systems & people. We are looking for a smart and detail-oriented person to work on HR systems and Analytics.
Key Responsibilities :
- Information management, updating, audits, QC and validation
- HRMS system handling, upkeep & maintenance
- Working on Power Bi, Excel, PPT for HR MIS dashboards
- Identify & rectify data gaps and inconsistencies
- Handle HR transactions and documentation
