Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and implement IAM solutions usingSailPoint IdentityNow, including lifecycle management, provisioning, and access reviews.
• Develop and maintainintegration connectorswith applications such asWorkday, ServiceNow, Active Directory, and other cloud / on-prem platforms.
• Configure and maintainIdentity Cubesby integrating with authoritative sources (e.g., Workday) for automated user onboarding / offboarding.
• Develop and implementaccess request workflowsusing IdentityNow and integrate approval processes withServiceNow.
• Implementrole-based access control (RBAC)based on attributes such as department, job title, or employment status.
• Create and manage customrules, connectors, and transformswithin SailPoint.
• Conductunit testing, UAT, and go-live supportto ensure stable deployment of new IAM functionalities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across IT, Security, and HR to gather requirements and implement identity governance controls.
• Perform regularaccess certification campaignsand ensure compliance with internal security policies and external regulations.
• Maintain and troubleshoot SailPoint jobs, workflows, and configurations.
• Document processes, configurations, and integration details for operational transparency and audit readiness.
