Job description

Role : Fullstack Python + AI Developer

Experience : 5+ Years

Location : Remote (Candidates must visit the clients Gurgaon office once a month)

Duration : 6 Months+ (Extendable)

Work Hours : 10 AM - 7 PM IST

About the Role :

We are looking for a highly skilled Fullstack Developer with strong expertise in AI-driven application development. The ideal candidate should be hands-on with Python, TypeScript, Flask, Next.js, and Microsoft Azure, while also having practical experience in AI frameworks like LangChain and AI SDKs.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building robust backend services, modern frontend applications, and integrating AI-powered solutions in a cloud-native environment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Flask.
  • Build responsive, scalable frontends with Next.js, Tailwind CSS, ShadCN, and state

management tools (React Query / Zustand).

  • Implement AI capabilities using LangChain, AI SDKs, and concepts like Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and Model Context Protocol (MCP).
  • Deploy, monitor, and manage applications in Microsoft Azure cloud environments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI-powered solutions into business

    • workflows.

  • Ensure performance, scalability, and security of applications.
  • Stay updated with emerging tools and frameworks in AI, cloud, and fullstack ecosystems.

    • Must-Have Skills :

  • Strong proficiency in Python and TypeScript
  • Backend Development : Flask (APIs, services, microservices)
  • Frontend Development : Next.js, React ecosystem, Tailwind CSS, ShadCN, React

    • Query / Zustand

  • AI Frameworks : LangChain, AI SDKs, RAG, MCP concepts
  • Cloud : Microsoft Azure (deployment, scaling, monitoring)

    • Good-to-Have Skills :

  • Awareness of Azure Databricks and Azure Data Factory (not mandatory, handled by another team)
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Add-in Development (Word, Excel, Outlook) nice to have
