Overview :
Looking for an experienced ServiceNow CSM / FSM Integration Developer with 5+ years of hands-on development experience. The role involves designing, developing, and integrating ServiceNow CSM / FSM solutions while ensuring scalability, performance, and alignment with business requirements.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow CSM & FSM modules (case mgmt, work orders, dispatch, workflows).
- Build custom apps, portals, workspace components, and mobile features.
- Create and maintain integrations using REST / SOAP, Integration Hub, scripted APIs, MID Server, and webhooks.
- Implement business rules, client scripts, UI policies, flows, and workflows.
- Troubleshoot integration issues and optimize platform performance.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, security, and CI / CD practices.
- Provide post-implementation support and enhancements.
Required Skills :
5+ years ServiceNow development experience (3+ years in CSM / FSM).Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, data model, JavaScript, Glide API, and Flow Designer.Hands-on experience with integrations (REST / SOAP, Integration Hub, MID Server).Experience with CSM (cases, entitlements, accounts) and FSM (work orders, scheduling, mobile).Strong analytical and Agile / Scrum experience.Preferred :
ServiceNow Certifications : CIS-CSM / FSM, CSA, CAD.Experience with ATF, DevOps, or automated deployments.Knowledge of ITOM / ITSM / ITIL and integration middleware / event-driven architecture.
