🚀 Role Overview
Some nights, you’ll be deep inside GA4 dashboards figuring out why CTR dropped after a layout change. Other nights, you’ll be on a late call with a U.S. brand, presenting insights from an A / B test that just lifted conversions by 18%.
This isn’t a campaign manager role, it’s about owning the entire post-click experience . You’ll combine your performance marketing brain with a CRO mindset to design, test, and scale what actually moves numbers for brands.
At Troopod, we’re building an AI-led product that auto‑generates and optimizes landing pages for every ad. You’ll work directly with global DTC brands, tech, and design teams to validate what works and help shape how performance marketing and website optimization converge.

💼 Responsibilities
1. Own Pilot Success
- Manage end‑to‑end CRO pilots with U.S. brands — from setup to measurable results
- Diagnose leaks in the funnel using GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Hotjar, and session data
- Present insights and results directly to founders, CMOs, and growth teams
2. Lead Conversion Optimization
Analyze ad → landing page → checkout journeys to spot friction pointsCreate hypotheses, set up A / B or multivariate tests, and measure upliftWork with designers and developers to deploy CRO fixes quickly3. Bridge Ads and Product
Sync with brand’s media teams to ensure landing pages match campaign intentTranslate ad‑level learnings into on‑site personalization or creative changesCollaborate with Troopod’s AI & product teams to automate optimization logic4. Run Performance Experiments
