Junior Mechanical Design Engineer

Develop detailed 2D and 3D drawings for mechanical parts, assemblies and equipment using CAD software (such as SolidWorks, Inventor). Designing electrical panels. Work from engineering sketches, specifications, and calculations as provided by the Design team. Translate concepts into production-ready drawings. Support prototype development. Revise and update existing drawings, incorporating engineering changes with design accuracy. Develop 3D models, create accurate BOMs for new products. Make ECNs, submit and track ECNs, and assist with all the required documentation. Collaborate closely with Engineers, Design team, project managers and manufacturing teams. Review and check drawings for completeness, accuracy, correct dimensions, material type, tolerances and related quality checks. Maintain and organize an archive of drawings, BOMs, ECNs and revision records in the SharePoint after thorough proof-reading. Ensure information in the Enterprise System and engineering data match.
