This role requires strategic oversight, team leadership, and strong stakeholder management to align project outcomes with organizational goals.

Job Description :
- Expert in project life cycle management (initiation to closure)
- Oversight of multi-project portfolios and large-scale programs
- Deep understanding of PM methodologies : Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid
- Strong risk management and issue resolution
- Budgeting and financial governance across projects
- Develop and implement project management frameworks, methodologies, and best practices to ensure consistency and efficiency across all projects.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of project managers and coordinators to drive project execution excellence.
- Collaborate with executive leadership and key stakeholders to prioritize projects, define objectives, and allocate resources effectively.
- Oversee multiple concurrent projects, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals and compliance with quality standards.
- Establish and maintain governance structures, including risk management, issue resolution, and project reporting.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project delivery processes.
- Monitor and report on project portfolio performance, using metrics and KPIs to provide insights and recommendations.
- Foster strong communication channels across departments to facilitate collaboration and transparency.
- Well versed with Healthcare projects, SOW, Due diligence, negotiation skills
- Stay current with industry trends, tools, and techniques to ensure the organization remains competitive and innovative.
Qualification :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.10+ years of progressive project management experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.Proven track record managing large-scale, complex projects and cross-functional teams.What We Offer
