We’re Hiring : Business Partner – Procurement & Analytics (Finance Focus)

This role demands deep SAP expertise (FICO & PS), strong understanding of finance and accounting processes, and the ability to evaluate, align, and deliver initiatives that drive measurable business value.

Role Overview

As a Business Partner, you’ll collaborate closely with Finance leadership, assess initiatives for SAP standard fitment, ensure governance and compliance, and enable analytics to support smarter decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between IT and Finance / Procurement stakeholders.
• Partner with VP Finance and Global Process Owners to intake, prioritize, and deliver finance-related initiatives.
• Drive alignment with standard SAP processes, challenging non-standard requests when necessary.
• Provide expertise in SAP FICO and PS modules—covering design, enhancements, and issue resolution.
• Support integration of Finance with Procurement and other business functions.
• Facilitate weekly alignment meetings with Finance leadership for transparency and prioritization.
• Ensure compliance, governance, and audit readiness for finance systems.
• Oversee IT service management (incidents, requests, changes) for Finance / Procurement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on analytics and reporting initiatives.
