Mandatory Skills : AIOps / Monitoring / Observability / ELK)

Must Have :

Strong hands-on in AIOps / Observability / ELK Stack / Python / AI-ML models.

Experience with APM tools (Dynatrace, AppDynamics) and data integration.

Understanding of microservices, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).

Good to Have :

Certifications in AIOps, Cloud, or Observability tools.

Experience with automation workflows and ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira).

Roles and Responsibilities :

Design and implement AIOps solutions using tools like ELK

Build custom AIOps frameworks for anomaly detection, predictive alerts, and automation.

Integrate SaaS-based apps via APIs / webhooks into ELK for analytics.

Drive observability, monitoring modernization, and monolithic-to-cloud transformation.

Develop CXO and operational dashboards for data-driven insights.
