Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Plant Head - Machineshop at Impel Ferrocast. The Plant Head will be responsible for overseeing plant operations, production planning, quality control, budgeting, and production management on a day-to-day basis.

• Production Planning and Quality Control expertise
• Budgeting proficiency
• Experience in the foundry or machining industry
• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
