HIL Test Automation Engineer

About the Company

Indication Instruments Limited is a well-established manufacturer specializing in automotive instrument clusters, displays and sensors. Our focus is on high-precision instrument clusters tailored predominantly for commercial vehicles, farm equipment, construction machinery and industrial applications. We are based in the Delhi NCR region (Faridabad). This current role is part of our HIL test automation team.

About the Role

Focuses on creating automated test scripts and infrastructure to improve efficiency and coverage of HIL tests, using languages such as Python, CAPL or MATLAB / Simulink.

Responsibilities

• Developing innovative test methodologies and writing test scripts using Python, JavaScript, AI / ML and other technologies.
• Developing and executing HIL test plans and cases within the existing automation framework.
• Setting up test benches, analyzing results and troubleshooting issues efficiently.
• Collaborating closely with the HIL team as well as software and hardware teams to validate instrument clusters and optimize testing processes.
• Lead / participate in the growth and development of the HIL team to support continued expansion and increased project demands.
