Role Description
Oversees overall sales, customer service, and operations of the lubricant call center branch. Responsible for revenue targets and team management.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage telesales, field sales, and support teams.
Drive sales targets for the branch.
Monitor KPIs and conversion rates.
Submit daily / weekly MIS reports to head office.
Skills & Qualifications :
Leadership and decision-making skills.
5+ years experience in sales management (preferably lubricants, automotive, or FMCG).
