Hiring for Lead Data Scientist – Research & Foundation AI Focus

Seeking a core AI fellow who can build a new AI model from scratch.

Research paper is mandatory

• We are not seeking engineers;

we are looking for people who have experience in developing new models and algorithms.

Location : Mumbai, Trivandrum or Delhi preferred

Work Mode : Hybrid (3 days a week in the office

Qualifications

PhD (preferred) is mandatory.

Peer-reviewed publications in top AI / ML conferences or journals.

Domain and Technical Skills

9+ years of hands-on expertise with AI development environments

Experience developing, evaluating, and scaling foundation models such as LLMs or multimodal transformers.

Familiarity with rapid prototyping and product development lifecycles in an innovation-driven research environment.

Applied AI research experience.
