Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Soft Skill Trainer role based in Chennai. The Soft Skill Trainer will design, develop, and implement training programs to enhance employees' communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and leadership abilities. The trainer will also conduct interactive sessions, assess progress, and provide individualized feedback to support professional growth and organizational success.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Soft Skills Training, including communication, team building, and leadership development
• Proficient in designing and delivering engaging training modules using creative tools and methods
• Experience in assessing individual and team skill gaps and delivering customized training strategies
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to effectively conduct sessions and manage schedules
• Flexibility to adapt training techniques to diverse learning needs and styles
• Proven ability to build positive relationships with participants and stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field is preferred
