The ideal candidate is both a Prompt Engineer and Creative Strategist , capable of leveraging cutting-edge platforms to deliver viral, conversion-driven ad content.

Key Responsibilities Conceptualize, design, and generate AI-powered video advertisements for all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, X, LinkedIn, Snapchat, TikTok, etc.).

Craft highly effective AI prompts to generate videos, scripts, and ad copies.

Utilize leading AI video and creative tools for ad production, editing, and enhancement.

Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment with campaign goals and brand guidelines.

Continuously research and adopt the latest AI tools, trends, and best practices in video marketing.

Optimize ads for performance metrics including CTR, engagement, and conversions.

Manage end-to-end workflow : ideation → AI generation → refinement → delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience (4+ years) in digital advertising / creative production / AI video generation .

Strong expertise in Prompt Engineering for text-to-video, text-to-image, and generative AI tools.

Hands-on experience with AI-driven video editing and ad creation platforms .

Ability to generate storyboards, voiceovers, subtitles, and animations using AI.

Understanding of social media ad formats and performance-driven design.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Creative mindset with the ability to think out-of-the-box for ad storytelling.
